Where I Live

The earliest of knowledge,
I first remember to be,
Life had just started,
I was only three,
I started to grow,
Wanted to know,
Why was I here?
Where would I go/
Life raced so quickly,
Time passed me by,
Looked at my life,
Began to cry,
But the cycle of life
Continued to grow,
My children were born,
They needed to know,
Where did they come from?
Where would they go?
So I searched for the answer,
I needed to know,
Found it, at last,
To God, I did go,
He showed me the way,
The way to my home,
So where ever I live
I’m never alone.
